The program committee of ASCM 2012 invites submission of papers presenting original research, either in the form of extended abstract (up to 4 pages) or full paper (up to 20 pages). Specific topics are avaible athttp://www.mmrc.iss.ac.cn/ascm/index.html.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by the program committee and the external referees. A pre-symposium proceedings will be available at the conference in electronic form. A post-symposium proceedings is planned.
Call For Special Sessions
The program committee of ASCM 2012 invites submission of proposals for special sessions. A proposal should be submitted to eitherryfeng@amss.ac.cnorwen-shin.lee@ua.ac.beand include the following information
title of the special session,
contact information of the organizers,
abstract describing the purpose of the session.
Organizers of special sessions are responsible for soliciting talks and contributions to their sessions. A special session will be allocated two to three hours for presentations. It is expected that most talks will be for 30 minutes so that attendees can move from one session to another. Having the first talk in the session be a survey or overview for a general scientific and/or educational audience is encouraged. This talk can be for one hour if the organizers see it is appropriate.
The submission of session proposals can be open untilJune 15, 2012. A response will be delivered once the session proposal has been evaluated by the program committee. Due to the limited number of slots, session organizers are encouraged to submit their session proposals as soon as possible.
